ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The tenth annual IAESTE United States National Conference, will bring together the most innovative and internationally-focused students from more than 25 of the United States' top technical schools. This will be an intensive weekend to learn the many qualities, experiences, and skills necessary to become a successful, global, technical leader. Many of these qualities, experiences, and skills happen to be ‘I' words, such as - international, ingenuity, interdependence, intelligence, ideas, innovation, and IAESTE. Therefore, we call these qualities, experiences, and skills The I Factor.
From a few students in a row home ten years ago to more than 200 students and professionals in the chic Tremont Plaza on St. Paul, this annual conference provides a forum for increasing international understanding and developing global technical leadership.
